SHIPPING

Orders will be processed 5-7 business days after a payment has been received (unless otherwise stated). Shipping times vary and can take anywhere between 3-7 business days (United States) and 1-3 weeks (International).

If you provide us with an incorrect/incomplete address/name and your order is returned back to us, it will be at the expense of the customer to purchase a new shipping label with the correct shipping details. If the customer refuses to pay for the updated shipping label, the order will be refunded less the shipping cost.  

 

REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The only exception being manufacturing defects. You may request a refund through our Contact Us with your order number and proof of damage. Price of shipping will be covered by Doom Lagoon. 

Warping Disclaimer

Because our decks are handcrafted from real wood, changes in climate and environment can affect their shape. When a deck moves between different temperatures and humidity levels—such as during shipping or when introduced to a new location—there is a small chance that minor warping can occur.

We inspect every deck multiple times throughout the process: after pressing, before shaping, and again after shaping prior to shipment to ensure there are no warps or defects before it leaves our shop.

We also take care to package and ship decks in a way that helps minimize moisture and climate shock as much as possible.

Due to the natural behavior of wood and the environmental conditions encountered during transit, minor warping that occurs after delivery is considered an inherent risk of handcrafted wooden products and is not eligible for refunds or returns.
